About Me

Meet Rachelle Moyal

Rachelle is a dedicated and accomplished professional in the field of social work, with a solid educational background and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and youth. Holding a Master of Social Work degree from the prestigious Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University, and a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Ryerson University, Rachelle is a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).

Rachelle's journey in supporting the mental health of children and youth began early in her career when she served as a camp counselor. This initial experience fueled her passion, leading her to work with adults with developmental disabilities, Autism, and learning disabilities. She has successfully conducted both group and individual therapy practices, showcasing her versatility in applying therapeutic modalities such as mindfulness, play therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

A firm believer in the power of a strength-based approach, Rachelle is committed to empowering those around her. She places a strong emphasis on building and maintaining robust rapport with her clients, recognizing the importance of trust in creating a healthy, safe, and open environment. Rachelle's overarching goal is to provide the necessary tools and support to children and youth, equipping them with the skills for a better and more meaningful life. Her dedication to the field, coupled with her diverse experiences and therapeutic expertise, positions Rachelle as a compassionate advocate for the mental well-being of the next generation.
