Full payment is required at the time of each scheduled appointment in the form of cash (exact change), personal cheque or Etransfer. If paying by eTransfer, payment must be received prior to the start of session. A receipt will be issued once payment is received and services are completed for submission for insurance if applicable. Any outstanding payment for sessions will be required prior to scheduling subsequent appointments. In the event that payment is not received for an appointment, clients will be given the opportunity to do so and if payment is still not made, Rachelle reserves the right to employ the services of a collection agency to recover unpaid fees. 

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations. To ensure a smooth process, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Canc
ellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee will be charged.
